The Vegetative Training ®™ is a particular training, which through breathing, associated with the movement of the vertebral column and pelvic area, determines a series of cascade effects.
First of all, the harmonization and rebalancing, through spontaneous, involuntary movements of muscular tension, with very profound benefits, both on the posture and on the vitality of the subject. This breathing and movement reactivates the autonomic nervous system, with “unpredictable” benefits.
Our autonomous system controls the internal organs, temperature, respiration, muscular tension, hormones (adrenal glands, thyroid, pancreas), the reproductive area and involuntary emotional responses (anxiety, panic, suffocation, fear …).
The Vegetative Training ®™ stems from a 60-year-old heritage in Norway and subsequently adapted by Inge Jarl Clausen. In Italy I am the only representative of his school. Others few in the world.
The technique is performed by lying down in a “basic” respiratory position. It has countless applications in the field of well-being, recovery, prevention, stress, sport and performance optimization (increase of biological vitality).
