MY EXPERIENCE WITH VEGETATIVE TRAINING ®™ AND INGE-JARL CLAUSEN

My experience with Inge, regarding the Vegetative Training has been nothing short of amazing. Inge is an extremely helpful person and has an experience that goes beyond the simple "sport and performance" approach. The interest in his system has deep roots, which arise from my interest in neurophysiology and the phylogeny of the nervous system, which allowed me to appreciate it in its entirety.
The first approach was to become familiar with the basic posture, from lying down, bent legs. From then on a world opened up. That of breathing accompanied by specific movements, which help open the pelvic area, the sacroiliac (pelvis), the vertebral column in all its movements, the shoulders, the thoracic cage. After 35 minutes I was really tired but concentrated, light, centered on myself.
I stayed at the hotel for about 3 hours, then I repeated a second session in the afternoon. In total I made six sessions, led by Inge, which allowed me to unload a huge muscle tension and also emotional, balance my posture, have a feeling that we then defined as "joy", which strangely, was well hidden but that he made me smile. I gained two centimeters of height, the neck on the left side, the occipital area, was unblocked, as if someone had loosened a bolt. I had a warmth that came from inside, which contrasted with about 6-7 degrees outside, accompanied by a feeling of freshness, like mint. When the body gives itself the opportunity, the body reacts with all its strength, to take advantage of the chance we give it to rebalance itself. Even today, after a few days, I maintain the result of the sessions made with Inge.
